Position: Caregivers
Location: Cottage Grove, WI

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Provide medication assistance in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Support residents with mealtime needs, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Encourage physical and mental engagement to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, patient care, nursing home support, or direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, and vital signs monitoring is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
