- Someone who can operate across a portfolio of clients at once without any of them feeling like a number.
- Someone who believes in doing the work, not just advising on it — our model is execution, not a referral to someone else.
- Someone with the patience to explain tax and accounting concepts to owners who never went to business school and shouldn't have to.
What This Role Actually Is
The CPA works behind our client-facing BDR line, handling bookkeeping oversight, tax strategy, and compliance for a defined portfolio of member businesses on a Complete-tier membership. You engage on scheduled touchpoints and are looped in directly whenever a client specifically needs it.
This role is core to the firm's credibility. Owners trust us with their numbers because we put a real, licensed professional behind that trust — not a template.
Compensation
Salary range to be discussed based on experience and portfolio size. Full W-2 role with benefits or term contract.
