We are looking for a HVAC, Refrigerant and Restuarant Equipment repair tech to join our McDonald's team. Our fast paced environments rely on the expertise of our Experienced Maintenance team, and we are hoping to grow that team with future leaders.
Training on In-House equipment is provided during development program, and includes limited short travel to get certified. Training will be side-by-side to learn company culture, needs and leadership structure. Technician will have company provided vehicle, cell phone and computer to help with daily tasks. All equipment and tools provided during training process.
This job has room for potential growth into Maintenance Supervisor after training and verification is complete.
Must be self-motivated, customer centric and be willing to work in open restaurant environment. While normal schedule is 7 to 4, hours are flexible, and candidate will be asked to work in a manner that fits the needs of the restaurant. There are limited on-call hours for emergent issues that arise over weekends.
Three weeks of paid vacation and participation in Company Bonus Program included.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair restaurant equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits and communicate repair processes clearly.
- Drive to various locations for equipment delivery and service, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and service history for each client.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair
- Proficiency in appliance repair and understanding of schematics
- Background in refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Field service and service technician experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid delivery driver experience and ability to operate a box truck
- Electrical experience and assembly skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
