FULL TIME MON- FRIDAY POSITION….may be open to a few part timers, could use as a reserve. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and troubleshooting a wide range of appliances, ensuring each customer experience is seamless, efficient, and satisfying. Your mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and customer service skills will drive success in this fast-paced field service environment. We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to showcase their technical expertise and passion for helping others. Must be able to pass background check & MVR check for drivers. EXPERIENCE IN APPLIANCES OR MOVING IS REQUIRED!!!
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver appliances to customer locations using a box truck or similar vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves and dishwashers by following detailed schematics and technical instructions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of appliances post-installation to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances on-site, utilizing mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and equipment repair skills.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate installations and repairs.
- Communicate clearly with customers about appliance features, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting steps to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installations, repairs, and service calls for record-keeping and quality assurance purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, appliance units, electrical wiring, and equipment assembly.
- Previous field service experience involving delivery driving with a box truck or similar vehicle preferred.
- Knowledge of schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex appliance issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Hands-on experience in electrical work or appliance installation is highly desirable.

Pay: $140.00 - $180.00 per day
