We are looking for self motivated and experienced Dump Truck Drivers specializing in local hauling operations! Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently across designated routes.
- Load and unload construction aggregate, dirt and asphalt.
- Maintain accurate logs, daily reports and delivery schedules to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations rigorously to promote a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
- Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy-duty commercial vehicles in a local hauling environment.
- Knowledge of route driving strategies to optimize efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to dump trucks.
- Prior experience with freight handling, including roll-off trucks or flatbed hauling is advantageous.
