Eat What You Kill (EWYK)
Designed for entrepreneurial Attorneys with portable books of business looking to maximise their earnings.
Benefits may include:
- Retention of a significant percentage of collected revenue

- Opportunities to retain up to 85% of originated revenue, depending on platform
- Flexible arrangements for individual Attorneys or practice groups
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Manage existing matters while identifying opportunities for business growth
- Contribute to the development of your practice area
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and offices
- Participate in business development, networking, and client engagement activities
- Mentor junior Attorneys where appropriate

Candidate Requirements
- Full rights to work in the United States
- Active Bar licence in good standing
- Proven experience within your practice area
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated business development and client origination capabilities
- Portable book of business preferred (typically $500,000+ annual origination), although requirements vary by opportunity
