Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for customer service and wellness? The Tox is looking for dynamic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team. Help us deliver exceptional client experiences while being part of an innovative, fast-growing brand.
As an FOH team member, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless client journey while supporting the studio’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Educate clients on our wellness services, membership options, and treatment packages
● Drive service and retail sales by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products and services
● Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, luxury-focused atmosphere
● Assist clients with bookings, rescheduling, and managing appointment changes
● Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales transactions
● Support daily front desk operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS transactions
● Ensure the reception and lounge areas are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
● Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in sales, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
● Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales goals in a client-focused environment
● Familiarity with booking software, POS systems, and handling customer inquiries
● Professional, polished appearance and demeanor in line with The Tox brand
● Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
