Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
- Handle food products safely, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Participate in banquets and events as needed, providing excellent food service to guests.
- Support the restaurant by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or restaurant settings.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and meal preparation.
- Experience in menu planning and special events is a plus.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment.
