THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE:
You'll enjoy the stability of a Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM schedule.
As our Student Career Services Coordinator, you will be the key driver of student and graduate success, overseeing the professional development program to build career skills, enhance job searching, and secure successful placement and retention. Your role involves conducting classes and events focused on soft skills, career services, and financial literacy, including workshops on résumé writing and interview preparation. You will partner with the Education Leader to schedule training and guest speakers, while developing career planning and marketing strategies for career transition. Crucially, you will host recruitment events and career fairs and ensure compliance with placement verification, documentation, and licensing standards. This includes establishing office procedures, analyzing placement data, and maintaining essential records.
