Job Description:
Colonial Security Services is seeking a vigilant and experienced Logistics Gate Security Officer to join our team. The Logistics Gate Security Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining security protocols and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics gate.
Responsibilities:

Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic at the logistics gate.

Verify the identity of drivers and visitors entering the premises.

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, cargoes, and personnel as necessary.

Enforce company security policies and procedures.

Report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to appropriate authorities.

Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to maintain a secure environment.

Provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors while upholding security standards.

Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations and crisis management.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid TX Guard Card REQUIRED

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Familiarity with security equipment and procedures.

Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
