Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Graham Automotive Group – Sioux Falls, SD
Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Graham Automotive Group is seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing dealership. What You'll Do:
Accounts Receivable (AR):

Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of all incoming funds.

Reconcile daily deposits and ensure accuracy of customer accounts.

Work with the sales and service departments to resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and send invoices/statements as needed.

Follow up on outstanding customer balances in a professional manner.
Accounts Payable (AP):

Accurately process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner.

Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain organized records of all payables and vendor files.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous AR/AP experience required; dealership or automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DealerTrack or other dealership software experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus).
