Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Duties
- Lead talent acquisition processes by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems to attract top talent.
- Facilitate comprehensive employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Oversee employee evaluation procedures, including performance management cycles and feedback sessions, to promote continuous improvement.
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks to support employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HR policies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance management by maintaining adherence to employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA requirements, and HR legal standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law and legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, and workforce management strategies.
- Proficiency in project management principles with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and foster positive employee relations.
- Skilled in data analysis using Excel or similar tools for reporting purposes; experience with HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques, social media management for employer branding, and applicant sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with benefits administration software (e.g., OnPay, ADP, or Paylocity), payroll processing systems, and personnel administration practices is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-location workforces.
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
