Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to learn and grow? We're seeking a friendly, organized individual to support our Clinical Pharmacy and Diabetes Education team. No pharmacy experience is required—we're happy to train the right person!
In this role, you'll:

Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals.

Assist with medication prior authorizations.

Answer phones and support patient communication.

Help prepare patients and educational materials.

Learn new clinical skills while working alongside pharmacists and diabetes educators.
We're looking for someone with:

Great customer service and communication skills.

Front desk, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalency

Completion of approved medical assistant program or pharmacy technician program desired, medical assistant certification or pharmacy technician certification preferred

Diabetes prevention assistant certification desired
