We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at our 65 unit multi-family property in Titusville.
We are a local company and are developing several other properties in the City of Titusville, so there will be opportunities for advancement in the future. While experience and knowledge is important, it is equally important (maybe more important) that you have great attitude. Life is short and as adults, most of our time is spent at work. Some more detail on the specific types of tasks that will need to be completed and specific knowledge that will be helpful are below:
* Helping in the development of a routine preventative maintenance plan
* Daily/Weekly inspections for overall cleanliness and safety
* General maintenance aptitude
* Basic Plumbing (unclogging, snaking, fixing small leaks, changing fixtures)
* Basic Carpentry
* Unit make ready /Punch out inspections (rentable quickly)
* Painting
* Lifting and moving items.
* Light cleaning
* Grounds clean up
* Changing locks
* Installing light fixtures
* Complete requested repairs within 24 hours.
* Complete repairs on the first visit, whenever possible
* Schedule follow-up maintenance, as needed
* Maintain a high level of craftsmanship when completing repairs.
* Apartment turnover.
* Inventory evaluation
This position requires you to have the physical abilities to bend, lift, and climb on a daily schedule to some degree to repair, install and solve issues.
This position requires you to have your own reliable transportation (vehicle w/insurance, valid DL, basic tools)

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
