We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Select and pick products according to customer orders and warehouse instructions
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
- Build and prepare pallets for shipping
- Load and unload products as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
Pay: $23.00 - $27.80 per hour
