IVL Construction is a growing general contractor specializing in residential and commercial remodeling. We coordinate experienced subcontractors to deliver high-quality work and dependable service. We are looking for a motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help us connect with property owners and generate new business.
Position Overview
You will visit homes and businesses in assigned areas, introduce IVL Construction, discuss potential construction or remodeling needs, and schedule qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with new people.
Responsibilities
- Visit homes and businesses within assigned territories
- Introduce IVL Construction and explain our remodeling and construction services
- Identify potential projects and qualify prospective customers
- Build trust by answering questions clearly and professionally
- Schedule estimates and appointments for interested customers
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, or email
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions
- Represent IVL Construction professionally in the community
- Meet established lead-generation and sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident approaching and speaking with potential customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable handling questions and objections
- Sales, customer service, or construction experience is preferred but not required
- Basic ability to use a phone, email, and customer-management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
