Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all overnight activities, including reservations, arrivals, departures, and incident reports
- Assist with front desk operations such as room assignments, key issuance, and guest account management
- Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks of the property
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues swiftly and effectively
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Proficiency in hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interaction
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
