- Meet with homeowners and learn about their property concerns
- Help identify potential roofing or restoration needs
- Explain available solutions and answer customer questions
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions
You will have opportunities to improve your communication, product knowledge, and sales process through hands-on experience.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Month: $5,000-$8,000
Consistent Performers: $10,000-$15,000+ per month
Experienced Closers: $15,000-$25,000+ per month
Sales Leaders: $200,000-$400,000+ annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Top performers may exceed these ranges, with results depending on individual performance.
