Header: Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential environments using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts
- Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults within complex industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring where applicable
- Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code), and local electrical codes
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing electrical infrastructure to optimize safety and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with project teams on renovation and construction projects involving electrical wiring, schematics reading, and system integration
Header: Requirements
- Proven experience as an electrician residential or commercial settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters
- Knowledge of high-voltage electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation applications
- Familiarity with reading electrical blueprints, schematics, schematics, and blueprints for construction or renovation projects
- Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects involving electrical wiring and system upgrades
- Strong adherence to electrical safety procedures aligned with NEC standards
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment effectively in various environments
