As Project Manager III, you will lead and manage multiple phases of assigned projects, using advanced project management tools and techniques to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of new workforce pipeline (“learn and earn”) projects in the Florida region, reporting to the Center for Workforce Development under GLLI. You will launch new initiatives, coordinate with internal and external partners, assist with participant recruitment and onboarding, and ensure smooth project execution during the initial stages. This position focuses on project delivery, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and tracking outcomes to support the successful growth and sustainability of early-phase programs.
A caregiver in this role works a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with two days onsite and three days from home.
Martin North serves as the home base, with occasional travel throughout the Florida region as needed.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and three years of project experience in an assigned area (i.e., progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data and financial analysis)
OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience
OR Master’s degree and two years of experience
Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience in workforce development or project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with the Florida workforce landscape
Strong project management skills
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50
