We operate through our two retail stores, online platform, and wholesale distribution to other retailers. We are seeking a Shipping Assistant to join us and oversee order processing, shipping, and order-related customer service.
JOB SUMMARY
In this role, located in Armonk, NY, you will process and ship orders to our online and retail customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Processing:
- Coordinate the flow of orders from receipt to shipment.
- Ensure accurate order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Solve order-related issues.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of products and shipping materials/supplies.
Shipping and Customer Service
- Select shipping carriers and logistics providers.
- Evaluate shipping rates and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Requirements
- Reliable

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet
