Endodontist – Fremont & Castro Valley, California
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | 40–45% of Collections | Future Partnership Opportunity
We are a privately owned, endodontist-led endodontic group seeking exceptional endodontists to join established, busy practices in Fremont and Castro Valley, California.
We are currently recruiting:
- Fremont: Endodontists interested in 2–5 clinical days per week
- Castro Valley: Part-time endodontist for approximately 2-5 clinical days per week
Experienced endodontists and graduating residents are both encouraged to apply. Board certification is preferred.
The Opportunity
Our incoming doctors will be joining established practices with experienced teams, longstanding referral relationships, and significant existing patient demand. Associates can expect to step into a full clinical schedule rather than having to build a patient base from scratch.
We are looking for more than someone to simply cover a schedule. We want doctors interested in finding a long-term professional home, contributing to the success of the practice, and potentially pursuing junior partnership/ownership and leadership opportunities in the future.
We believe great specialty practices are built by doctors who take ownership of their work, their relationships, and the experience they create for patients, referring doctors, and their team.
State-of-the-Art Clinical Environment
Our goal is to give our doctors the technology, team, and resources necessary to practice endodontics at the highest level.
The practices will feature a modern, state-of-the-art endodontic platform, including:
- CBCT / 3D imaging
- Operating microscopes
- Advanced irrigation technology (Gentlewave, Biolase)
- Modern endodontic delivery systems and instrumentation
- Digital clinical workflows
- Continued investment in new technology as evidence and clinical applications evolve
We believe technology should enhance—not dictate—clinical care. Our doctors will have access to advanced tools while maintaining the clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on their training, judgment, and each patient's individual needs.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal associate:
- Is clinically excellent and committed to an exceptional patient experience
- Is compassionate, personable, and an effective communicator
- Values strong relationships with referring dentists
- Is accountable and takes ownership of their work and workplace
- Works collaboratively with doctors and staff
- Wants to contribute to the long-term growth and success of the practice
- Is interested in potential future leadership and junior partnership/ownership opportunities
- Is board certified or board eligible
- Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a California dental license
Full Schedule + Supported Relationship Building
Our associates will inherit an established referral base and can expect a busy clinical schedule with significant existing patient demand.
We also believe maintaining strong doctor-to-doctor relationships is an important part of being a successful endodontist. Associates are therefore expected to participate in approximately 2-3 hours per week of referral relationship-building and practice-development activities.
We are not asking our doctors to become marketers.
We have an established team, systems, and resources in place to coordinate and support these efforts. The doctor's role is primarily to provide the physician-to-physician connection.
This may include:
- Meeting referring dentists and their teams
- Occasional lunches or office visits
- Participating in CE programs and study-club events
- Maintaining personal communication with referring offices
- Helping develop relationships within the local dental community
Our team handles much of the planning, coordination, and follow-up so that our endodontists can spend the vast majority of their time doing what they do best—practicing endodontics.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive and flexible compensation package based on experience, schedule commitment, and long-term involvement:
- 40–45% of collections, negotiable based on experience and level of commitment
- CE/professional development stipend
- Malpractice insurance stipend
- Health insurance stipend
- Potential 401(k) participation
- Potential future junior partnership/ownership opportunity
We also recognize the realities of commuting in the Bay Area and are open to flexible clinical hours and scheduling arrangements that can help our doctors avoid peak traffic while continuing to provide excellent access for patients and referring offices.
