Superior Protection Services is hiring an experienced Armed Security Field Supervisor to oversee multiple client sites in Tucson.

Thursday – Monday | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
(Full-time graveyard shift – 40 hours)
Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will supervise security officers, conduct site inspections, manage coverage, respond to incidents, and ensure consistent, high-quality service across your assigned sites. You will serve as the primary point of leadership during the overnight shift.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, train, and support security officers across multiple locations
- Conduct regular site inspections and address performance or operational issues
- Manage scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with strong, decisive leadership
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Complete accurate daily reports and documentation
- Enforce company policies, post orders, and safety standards
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of security experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Active Arizona Armed Guard Card required
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Reliable attendance and commitment to the assigned schedule
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
