What you'll do:
- Shadow me and capture content daily — meetings, deals, podcast, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes
- Edit high-retention short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Own the content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms
- Write scroll-stopping hooks and captions in my voice
- Track what's working, kill what isn't, and keep leveling up the output
What you bring:
- High energy and a fun personality — you'll be around me all day, so we've got to vibe
- Strong editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, or your weapon of choice)
- An eye for storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling
- Self-starter who moves fast and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- A portfolio or reel that shows me what you can do
The details:
- Full-time, in-office, 9–5 in Millbrae, CA
- Compensation: $2500-5,000/month, depending on experience and skill
- All gear provided — just bring your talent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
