The Law Office of Claudia Grégoire seeks a Spanish-speaking paralegal effective immediately.
The law firm handles a range of immigration cases including defense against deportation, asylum, family-based immigration cases, consular and visa processing, U and T-Visas, and VAWA (Domestic Violence-based immigration claims). The candidate will assist with preparing client visa and green card applications, N-400, I-751, K-1 visa applications, U Visa applications, preparing EOIR packets including I-589 applications with affidavits, among other duties. Interaction with clients from the world over makes the work interesting and rewarding.

Work hours: M-Th 8:30am-5:30pm and Fr 8:30am-5pm hours per week, paid 1/2 lunch and breaks daily. Spanish proficiency and some immigration law experience a plus. Please send your CV and statement of interest, and indicate foreign language ability as well as availability.
