Partnership Development
Build and maintain high‑value relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and strategic alliances
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Revenue & Pipeline Management
Oversee the development and management of a strong sales and partnership pipeline
Set revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of growth objectives
Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, operations, and finance to support growth initiatives
Lead and mentor business development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Support the development of proposals, presentations, and go‑to‑market strategies
Operational & Strategic Execution
Evaluate and improve internal processes related to business development
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
Experience
5–10+ years of business development, sales strategy, or corporate growth experience
Proven track record of securing partnerships and driving revenue growth
Experience leading teams and managing cross‑functional initiatives
Skills
