We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Execute painting tasks for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Perform plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed.
- Assist with fixture installation and concrete finishing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on renovation and remodeling projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with color theory and its application in painting projects.
- Experience with plastering, masonry, stucco, and restoration work is preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment.
- Knowledge of frame carpentry, trim carpentry, welding, and maintenance person tasks is a plus.
- Previous construction site experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
