Job Summary
We are seeking a Bread/Bakery product Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the overall appearance and layout of retail stores to drive sales and create a visually appealing shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Stock and organize products on shelves according to planograms
- Communicate with store management to ensure proper product placement
- Assist in retail sales by providing product information and assistance to customers
- Implement store remodeling initiatives to improve the shopping experience
- Utilize interior design skills to create attractive product displays
- Keep the store and back stock clean and well-maintained
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to arrange products effectively
- Ability to follow planograms for accurate product placement
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with store management and customers
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Experience in store remodeling is a plus
- Ability to be a self starter and work at a high level even unsupervised
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.74 per hour
