Executive Housekeeper for an Upper East Side Private Family
$65-$75/hour
A lovely Upper East Side family is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to help lead the polished, discreet, and highly organized operation of their New York City residence.
This role is ideal for a true player/coach: someone who is equally comfortable setting standards, refining systems, training and mentoring team members, and working side-by-side with the team to ensure every detail of the home reflects excellence.
The family is looking for a hands-on professional with a refined 5-star hospitality mindset, preferably gained in a private home, luxury yacht, estate, or comparable ultra-luxury service environment. The successful candidate will bring warmth, discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to elevate the team's skillset without ego. You must have excellent, verifiable references.
The principals have pre-teen children and one small hypoallergenic dog. The residence is in a full-service luxury building on the Upper East Side.
