Senior Account Managers on the Influencer & Partnerships team are responsible for leading high-level client relationships, managing top-tier talent partnerships, and overseeing cross-functional execution of strategic marketing campaigns. This role involves developing innovative brand activations, negotiating complex talent deals, managing budgets and deliverables, and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Associates. As a key leader within the Influencer & Partnerships department, this person will help scale operations, drive performance, and contribute to overall agency success.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and talent partners, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and creative direction.

Lead strategy and execution of celebrity and talent-driven campaigns, from ideation through reporting.

Oversee contract negotiations, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and talent deliverables for celebrity partnerships.

Manage budgets, campaign pacing, and performance benchmarks, making real-time adjustments to optimize success.

Supervise and support Account Managers and Associates, providing guidance, feedback, and oversight.

Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs and insights, delivering comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including brand management, creative, content, and social media.

Stay informed on industry trends, entertainment/pop culture moments, and evolving platform capabilities to proactively pitch new opportunities to clients.

Support new business development by representing the Influencer & Partnerships team on proposals, kick-off calls, and scoping conversations.
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years experience in client-facing account management, talent relations, or entertainment marketing.

1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Strong working knowledge of the celebrity/talent landscape, influencer compensation norms, and campaign structuring.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs and social platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Experience negotiating talent deals, reviewing contracts, and managing legal/usage terms.
