Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of best practices for food safety and sanitation
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Culinary school diploma preferred
