Job Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both computers/cash registers and basic tools.
Duties:
- Check customers in and out on lanes
- Host birthday parties
- Learn to 'pinchase' finding a ball stuck in back, or the reason a lane is stuck
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
Skills:
- Proficiency with a cash register
- Experience basic tools
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
