The Employee Dining Room (EDR) Attendant is responsible for the process to stock, transport, prepare, and serve employee meals, accepting payment through designated system and/or cash register, bus tables, and the cleanliness of entire work area.

Serve meals to employees while being mindful of proper portion control.

Responsible for maintaining food presentation, quantity, temperature, consistency, stirring food, cleanliness, and maintaining health department standards.

Accurately ring up sales and give correct change. Responsible for daily bank drops.

Check, inventory, and stock all items in work area on a regular basis throughout scheduled shift.

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and EDR seating area to include bus tables, sweep and mop floors, wash work tables and walls, remove grease and trash, and clean trash cans.

Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.

Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.

Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.

Must wear slip-resistant shoes.

Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames.

Must obtain direct deposit within one week of start date.
