What would you do?

Manage and execute on our guests catering orders, making every event better
-
Deliver orders with the Genuine Hospitality guests expect from Chick-fil-A employees!

Help in preparing and packaging orders, organizing drivers, and serving with a smile on busy catering days

When in downtime, serve and support the Hospitality and Kitchen teams in their day-to-day operations

Work with our Director of Sales and Brand Growth to generate excitement around new catering opportunities and community partnerships
How do you know if this role is for you?

Applicants should be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
-
Applicant must have or be able to obtain Illinois Food Safety Manager certifications
-
You should have a strong work ethic and be able to meet goals with limited supervision
-
You should be organized, detail-oriented, and love marking things off your to-do list
-
For delivery and taking orders, you should have strong people skills - able to build and maintain relationships based on quick interactions

You must have a valid Driver's License, your own vehicle you're willing to use for deliveries, and a safe driving record.

This role requires flexible scheduling, often with changing your hours to meet the needs of the business as orders come in. This can include: Nights, Weekends, some holidays.

Must be able to lift, pull, push, carry, and bend with up to 50lbs as needed

Must be a role model to our team and carry the values of our store out into our community
