We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage daily production operations.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and leadership teams.
- Monitor production schedules, staffing, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure production goals and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication between management and production teams.
- Previous Production Management or Manufacturing Leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience managing production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies preferred.
