SBB Management Company is seeking a dynamic Director of Sited Communities to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for aligning Onsite Managers with the mission and strategic vision of the company. In this role, you will be collaborating and communicating with employees, boards, vendors, attorneys, and residents. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Align team with company mission and values.
- Responsible for client retention and satisfaction.
- Responsible for staff planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement.
- Provides regular performance feedback, develops subordinates’ skills and encourages growth.
- Delegates work assignments, gives authority to work independently, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
- Advise team members and clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions
- Ability to review and assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
- Ability to effectively manage teams
- Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
- Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
- Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings
- Quality control supervision over all manager activities
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- 4-6 years’ experience managing single-family communities and condominium associations
- CAI credentials are a plus.
- Strategic thinking and visionary leadership
- Ability to motivate a workforce
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Effective management and delegation
- Effective decision-making skills
- PR and Presentation skills
- Understand a multi-faceted business operation
- Negotiation skills

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
