About Us
We own and operate data centers in Washington, Texas, and Arkansas; 60MW live, with 40MW more coming online in the next 12 months.
Two projects are active now: updating our Washington facilities to high-density GPU compute for enterprise AI customers, and building a Tier 2 data center in Arkansas.
The Role
You take the Washington facility from drawings through energization, then own it as site lead. You will also support the Arkansas build.
Project delivery and facility operations, both under one person. No layer of program managers between you and the decision.
Project Delivery
- Review layouts, engineering drawings, and equipment specifications with our design partners
- Specify, price, and source equipment
- Issue scopes to vendors, solicit and level bids, recommend awards
- Manage vendors from PO through delivery, staging, and installation
- Own the project schedule — sequence trades, confirm vendor arrival windows
- Track and process change orders with cost and schedule impacts visible
- Coordinate site personnel and verify progress against plan
- Present equipment selections and design approvals
- Support commissioning through energization and turnover
Facility Operations
- Own reliability of electrical distribution, transformers, switchgear and cooling equipment
- Build and run the preventive maintenance program — MOPs, SOPs, EOPs
- Establish a vendor bench with pre-negotiated response commitments
- Senior escalation points for infrastructure events: diagnosis, service providers, parts, repair to resolution
- Operational point of contact for customers, including status and root cause reporting
- Maintain as-builts, documentation, and capacity records
- Grow and lead the on-site technical team
Requirements
- 3+ years managing construction, capital projects, or facilities in a mission-critical or industrial environment — data center, colocation, utility, manufacturing, or comparable field
- Working knowledge of critical power and cooling: electrical distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, or hydronics
- Vendor management, bid solicitation, and change order control
- Schedule management across multiple concurrent trades
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings
- Present to customers and executives
- On-site in the Wenatchee valley
- Travel approximately 25%
Preferred Experience
- Data center commissioning and into turnover
- Converting mining, industrial, or legacy space to data center use
- High-density or GPU deployment — containment, airflow management, elevated rack loads
- Owner's representative experience
- DCIM, BMS, or building controls platforms
Compensation and Benefits
- $115,000 – $135,000 base, placed by experience
- Annual performance bonus on project milestones and facility performance
- $10,000 bonus for candidates who can start by Sept 1, 2026

Washington State has no personal income tax.
Working Conditions
Dedicated office in the Wenatchee Valley, with a personal office, one block from the Apple Capital Loop Trail, walking distance to downtown. Standard business hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation once the facility is live.
Travel runs ~25%, mostly to our Arkansas and Texas sites and to vendor facilities. It clusters around project milestones rather than a fixed weekly schedule. Travel to conferences and training events. Expenses covered.
