P3SG is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide in-home respiratory care throughout the Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, and Kingman service area. This field-based role offers autonomy, one-on-one patient care, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to work with advanced respiratory equipment in a home health/DME environment.

What You'll Do
- Provide respiratory care to patients in their homes
- Conduct patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot:
- Ventilators
- Oxygen therapy equipment
- Respiratory devices and supplies
- Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use
- Monitor therapy effectiveness and patient progress
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in on-call ventilator support rotation as needed
Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- Active Arizona Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Strong patient education and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to lift and transport respiratory equipment up to 65 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience
- Ventilator management experience
- Oxygen therapy experience
- Advanced respiratory equipment experience
- 1+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience
Territory Coverage
This position supports patients throughout:
- Lake Havasu City, AZ
- Bullhead City, AZ
- Kingman, AZ
Candidates currently residing in the area are strongly preferred; however, relocation or commuting may be considered for highly qualified Respiratory Therapists.
