As part of our team in Cupertino, you’ll help shape the guest experience, bring our seasonal creations to life, and uphold the thoughtful details that define Dr.ink.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve our full range of beverages with consistency and care.
- Engage customers with warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm about our drinks, beans, and seasonal offerings.
- Support smooth café operations by anticipating team and guest needs.
- Maintain Dr.ink’s high standards in quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- A strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- (Preferred but not required) Previous specialty coffee or food service experience.
- Valid Food Handler’s card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
Work place & physical requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for 4+ hours.
