Therapeutically Connected Family Counseling is hiring licensed clinical therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). This is a W2 position. Hybrid option available.
The therapist should hold a license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California.
Administrative and insurance related tasks, as well as marketing are handled for you by the practice. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy. Must maintain license in good standing at all times and follow all legal and ethical guidelines as stated by the BBS and CA law.
Therapist should have good assessment, treatment planning, and progress note writing skills as well as be able to complete documentation in a timely manner. Therapist should have experience with handling crisis situations. Maintain documentation in EHR. Therapist should have ability to analyze and assess children's mental health needs and make appropriate recommendations.
