Steinmetz Pediatric Dentistry is a welcoming pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing excellent care in a friendly, comfortable environment for children and their families. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Bilingual Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with patients and families in both English and Spanish, enjoys working with children, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service while keeping the front office organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Check and verify patient dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Assist patients with insurance questions and treatment-related financial information
- Collect patient payments and accurately process transactions
- Maintain accurate patient information and records
- Communicate with patients and families regarding appointments, payments, and insurance
- Assist with front office administrative duties as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office policies and procedures
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English — required
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Experience with dental insurance verification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable answering multiple phone calls and assisting patients in person
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working with children and their families

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
