Soteria Lifestyle Concierge is seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver for a temporary overnight assignment (1–6 months) caring for a medically complex client in the East Valley.
This is an active overnight position requiring an attentive caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on care, monitoring the client’s condition, and assisting with the morning routine. The ideal candidate is calm, dependable, observant, and experienced with complex care.
Pay
$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Overnight shifts (approximately 12 hours)
- Temporary assignment lasting 1–6 months

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive overnight supervision and support
- Assist with toileting, repositioning, and personal care throughout the night
- Monitor and document vital signs as directed
- Support diabetes care, including blood glucose monitoring (within caregiver scope)
- Observe for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns
- Monitor oxygen use and report concerns as appropriate
- Assist with medication reminders or assistance within caregiver scope
- Complete the client’s morning routine, including:
- Shower assistance
- Grooming and dressing
- Morning hygiene
- Preparing the client comfortably for the day
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Experience caring for medically complex clients
- Dementia experience preferred
- Experience with diabetes care and obtaining vital signs preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility
- Strong communication, observation, and critical-thinking skills
