- Not afraid of heights
- Can drive a box truck
- Has their own vehicle (preferably a truck) to get to and from jobs
- Isnt afraid to get dirty and do manual labor
- Comfortable with working with hand/power tools/chainsaws
- MUST BE TRAINABLE!!
