Our passion is our patients' success, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team.
About the Role:
As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist with our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech-language pathology services to our patients, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively and overcome communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, assessments, and therapies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapies for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences
Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and evidence-based treatment approaches
Key Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Virginia state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
National Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
