At Standard Restoration, we're looking for an experienced Lead Restoration Technician who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values its people.

What You'll Do
- Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold losses.
- Lead mitigation projects from start to finish.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, fire cleanup, and debris removal.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and drying logs.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response.
What We're Looking For
✔ 3+ years of restoration/mitigation experience (Lead Technician level)
✔ Experience with water damage mitigation and fire cleanup
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
✔ IICRC certifications are a plus
