Cast a bold, agency-wide vision that inspires and aligns five distinct sales departments toward aggressive, sustainable growth. Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional department leaders and top talent across the organization. Activate drive, focus, and intensity in every team lead and producer so they relentlessly pursue opportunities with purpose and excellence. Build and maintain a high-performance culture where mediocrity is unacceptable and consistent excellence becomes the standard across all departments. Ensure each established department sees 20-25% growth in revenue quarter after quarter, and new departments establish rapid growth. Work with the Agency Owner to ensure profitable growth across all departments at the top of industry standards.
Develop Department Leaders Line Upon Line
Design and implement scalable, progressive leadership development systems that equip department managers to train their teams effectively. Layer skills progressively — from foundational consultative selling and process mastery to advanced brokerage strategies, market domination, and becoming trusted advisors. Guide department leaders through structured one-on-ones, leadership huddles, and training cadences that blend mindset transformation (identity, belief systems, emotional mastery, leadership presence) with tactical excellence (sales scripts, objection handling, closing techniques, follow-up systems, and team management). Coach department leaders through performance plateaus, organizational challenges, and growth opportunities — helping them rewrite limiting beliefs, install high-impact habits, and elevate their ability to develop producers using our agency 36 item checklist.
Drive Explosive Growth & Accountability Across the Agency
Establish ambitious yet realistic revenue and performance targets for each of the five departments while ensuring they contribute to overall agency goals. Build comprehensive dashboards, reporting rhythms, and scoreboards that provide real-time visibility into activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and results across all teams. Oversee the full end-to-end sales ecosystem across departments — from multi-channel lead generation and appointment setting to policy placement, cross-selling, upselling, and client retention. Identify synergies, best practices, and opportunities for collaboration between departments. Implement enterprise-level performance management systems that make improvement measurable, celebrate wins, address gaps quickly, and sustain strong momentum throughout the organization.
Build Unbreakable Systems & Culture
Create and refine repeatable, scalable processes for onboarding, ramp-up, training, and continuous improvement so new hires in any department become productive quickly and experienced team members continue to advance. Foster a unified, high-energy agency culture that emphasizes accountability, support, healthy competition, recognition, and a shared sense of purpose. Ensure people at every level feel challenged, valued, and connected to the agency's larger mission. Partner closely with executive leadership to align all sales activities with broader agency objectives, financial targets, client experience standards, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Remain actively engaged in the business by periodically joining high-impact calls, client meetings, or department-level activities. Maintain a strong personal track record and deep industry expertise in insurance to model the standards you expect.
