Join our dynamic transportation team as a Truck Driver and become a vital part of our logistics network! In this role, you will operate various types of commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers, to deliver freight efficiently and safely across designated routes. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a range of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers on over-the-road (OTR) routes.
- Load and unload freight using proper manual handling techniques or equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), hazardous materials regulations, and other relevant safety standards.
- Transport hazardous materials (hazmat) and dangerous goods following strict hazardous materials regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure truck safety and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo handling, and delivery documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and secure cargo properly for safe transportation, including freight requiring special handling such as refrigerated goods or tanker loads.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status or route changes.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on route driving and delivery driving.
- Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbed trucks, tanker trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or similar equipment preferred.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements for hazmat or tanker loads is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols for truck driving.
- Experience with manual transmission trucks and truck loading/unloading procedures.
- Ability to handle logistics cargo handling tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Prior experience operating GPS navigation systems in a professional trucking environment is advantageous.

Pay: $2,196.22 - $2,644.91 per week
