Auto Collision Experts is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Receptionist to join our team. We are a high-performance company, looking for a high-performance candidate. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers via phone and walk-ins. CSR is responsible for establishing exceptional customer relationships. A positive and up-beat attitude is a must. Additional duties include – gathering information needed to obtain the sale, providing general administrative support and maintaining the customer reception area / front office.
Responsibilities:
- Greets all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct all phone traffic in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner.
- Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments.
- Update and maintain the store scheduler with Auto Collision Experts management system.
- Collect and record payment
- File repair order paperwork accurately or record in Auto Collision Experts management system
- Maintain the front office and customer reception areas
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 1 year(s): Customer Service/Phone
- HS diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized; ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong attention to details
- Punctual and professional appearance
- Ability to receive direction and work well with others
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Drug and background check required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
