The Commercial Plumbing Technician will diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, install plumbing equipment and fixtures, and educate customers on repair and replacement options. Role: Commercial Plumbing Technician
Compensation: Hourly, up to $40.00 based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional early mornings, late evenings and rotating weekends
Role responsibilities:
- Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
- Service Calls: Conduct commercial service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
- Installation: Install plumbing systems, water heaters, water conditioners, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed ensuring client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service
- Basic hand tools for daily use
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed.
Preferred experience
- Basic knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
