Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, in pediatric populations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs, incorporating evidence-based therapy strategies.
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions focused on improving communication skills and social interaction.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support and progress tracking.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatrics, physiology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology to enhance patient care quality.
Experience
- Prior experience working with pediatric patients in clinical or school settings is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of speech therapy techniques specific to pediatrics and developmental milestones.
- Familiarity with patient assessment tools and medical terminology relevant to pediatric care.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging children effectively while collaborating with families and team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
